First of all...Gross. Joker 3 is the weirdest one. Why is it all fat and gross and just...ugh...and it's got that ooze coming out from...ugh. Why does this thing have to exist? Congratulations, Noriko. You have the grossest Persona in the entire franchise and YES I'm including the fact that Toro has Mara so don't ask!
Secondly, I'm oddly fascinated by Noriko having the Joker Persona because she is officially the only person who becomes a Joker and uses a Joker Persona...that we never even saw so much as a hint that they had a Persona in Innocent Sin.
Sudou had Reverse Vulcanus, Ulala has Callisto, and we see two other Jokers after this who both had Persona in Innocent Sin (even though one of them never showed what theirs was)
So for Noriko it's interesting to me. Has she had a Persona all along and we just never saw anything about it in Innocent Sin or Eternal Punishment...or can the Joker Persona infect someone who never had a Persona, essentially becoming a new and different way to create a Persona user from a normal human? Artificially creating Persona users...hmm...I wonder if that idea will ever be expanded on.
I believe the joker curse gives you a persona as when you talk to toro after the curses start. He says that before the mafia took someone away he noticed a persona resonance from the joker
